Application Process

Parent Tour: Submit the online application and supplemental documents. Includes a non-refundable $50 application fee (per student). For your convenience, this online system allows you to upload all additional required documentation as part of your student’s application.

Apply: St. Frances Cabrini School will schedule an assessment for your child/ren before acceptance and registration. This will be required for applicants in PreK through 8th grade. Assessments are used to learn more about a student’s learning profile.

Student Assessment: Before acceptance into the school, parents must present copies of the child’s report cards and test scores – report cards for two prior years, achievement and/or assessment scores, and other evaluations.

Age Eligibility for PreK & Kindergarten: A child must be 5 years old for Kindergarten, 3 years old for PreK 3 class, and 4 years old for PreK 4 class by August 31, immediately preceding the school year for which the student seeks to enroll. There are no exceptions to this requirement, and your child must be potty-trained.
